Commercial Finance Solutions for Builders, Developers & Small Business
Transaction Planning & Execution
Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination
Settlement & Ongoing Support
The Origin
I studied law but sought a career in commerce, not conflict.
With 15 years with lenders as a settlement specialist, I understand the potentially disastrous impact of delays or underpayment on progress claims, or a delayed or missed settlement.
True Harbour Capital Consulting deploys this experience and expertise to deliver a better process and result when you need commercial finance.
The Difference
Transaction Planning & Execution
Besides sourcing your finance, I drive everyone else to take you from application to settlement.
When you're running your own show, don't get told "where to go" and left to get there by yourself.
Stakeholder Liason & Coordination
Lenders, Lawyers, Quantity Surveyors, Valuers, Insurers, Developers, Builders, Owners, Tenants or Caveators - I understand, coordinate and monitor the combined efforts required to get progress claims and settlements on track.
Settlement & Ongoing Support
After getting everything on track, I keep it there so claims and settlements happen as planned. Should issues arise even after funding, I'm still there to help.
